STEP 1: Bring (1) quart water to ROLLING BOIL.
STEP 2: ADD (2) tea bags and COVER. Remove from heat and let STEEP for 4 to 8 hours.
STEP 3: Combine STEEPED tea with (3) Quarts cold water to make (1) gallon of tea (NOTE: Leave Tea Bags in the Gallon Pitcher) and REFRIGERATE.
